Downtown Update from Brad Curtis – July 2nd

FORT MORGAN DOWNTOWN INFRASTRUCTURE UPDATE (July 2, 2009)
Below is a summary of activities, and not to be considered all inclusive.

1. ECI has reported that after the first 33 construction days the project is on schedule.
2. No work is scheduled for July 3rd, 4th, or 5th.
3. There will be intermittent water service disruptions along Main St. from Beaver to Railroad.
4. Activities worked this week:

  1. Installed 480′ of 24″ RCP storm pipe, inlet connections and manholes along Main Street to Kiowa.

Win Rockies Tickets with Fireworks

B106 is giving away 2 tickets to the July 4th Rockies game!  The Rox take on the Arizona Diamondbacks on Saturday at 6:10 pm.  Following the game enjoy the spectacular fireworks display from Coors Field.

Downtown Construction Notice

NOTICE: As of Monday, June 22, Main Street will be closed to vehicle traffic from Platte Avenue to south of the Kiowa intersection until approximately July 31, 2009 as part of the Downtown Infrastructure Construction Project. Additionally, Bijou, Beaver and Kiowa will be closed between the alleyways immediately east and west of Main Street.

The alleys will remain open for traffic!  The businesses’ back doors are very accessible!
